Attorney Kotik is a rarity. Requiring legal assistance is overwhelming and intimidating, but Attorney Kotik gives realistic, prompt, and considerate expert legal advice that eased my fears. Whenever I contacted the firm for an update or further questions, my call was returned within 1 hr. (but mostly around 30 minutes). He was always accessible and calm. I’ve heard many complaints from the “average joe” about their horrible, dishonest, inaccessible, and expensive lawyer. I was blessed to have been spared that heartache. The professional bar has been set very high and I personally believe his ethics, knowledge, and expertise should be duplicated. In November 2015 I got a phone call from an officer asking questions about something that happened in November 2014 then in February out of the blue I was side swiped by the law as they unfairly charged me with filling out a federal form incorrectly. Although I did not understand the form and this was unintentional that was not their point of view. After I was placed in handcuffs at my work and afterwards released I had enough of being harassed so within a couple of days I found Michael on a search. When I called it was around 10-1030pm ( we had never spoken prior) but I left him a message and he was back to me within the hour. I explained my situation and he told me how it would be handled. He was able to buy me the time I needed and get the officer to back off and handle the surrender process; which was very difficult on me but he was/is always there to talk to his clients. After surrendering bail was refused but Michael did everything he could to update my family and get the bail posted immediately; which took him driving to NJ from PA twice at 3AM and again the same day at 7AM. Let’s just say that’s going the extra mile; figuratively and literally. If you want a lawyer that is available to chat because you are worried or need someone whose communication is on point, then Michael is your guy. He’s also a lawyer that gives you bang for your buck; an A plus value lawyer as far as I’m concerned. If I ever have trouble in PA or NJ is my go to guy and the person I’d recommend to anyone. Michael is a man with a big heart willing to fight for your freedom and rights; and he doesn’t take lousy offers.

This it right here is my savior. He has been there for me in the worst of times. He promised me and gave me his word that I would walk away with nothing and he was 100 percent right. I was charged with some serious charges that were knocked right out of the park. I would recommend him to my grandmother that’s how good this guy is. He doesn’t like to loose and he will give you the justice you deserve. He even went to the extent of telling me if I need anything he’s just a call away. If I was stressed I called him and he was there for me the first call. He treated me just like I was family. If I ever need a lawyer he will be the only one I will use. If I could give him a higher rating I definitely would.

Michael successfully represented me in court in a traffic case that resulted in as good of an outcome as I could have ever expected. He showed a personal care for me and my case.
